Your RFP process is now almost complete. It’s always important to close an initiative like this with some celebration and reflection. Work with team members to host a catered luncheon. Go over what did and didn’t go well. Take time to capture key learnings for applications to future projects. Celebrate your success.

Remember RFPs are pretty routine. I know they may seem overwhelming and sometimes, they can be. As the HR Leader, you are in the best position to identify a system for supporting and implementing HR activities that are so vital to your organization. Involve key stakeholders. Get their buy-in. Communicate as often as possible and be ready for resistance. With an organized, well-defined approach, you can achieve a successful outcome.
