Diversity and Inclusion
In today’s workplace making diversity and inclusion a priority is more important than ever. This course is designed for you, the HR professional who wants to better understand why and what role it plays in your organization’s success. Implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives can be very impactful not only for the individual employee but for the entire organization. It is a necessary part of your culture for many reasons from the retention of top talent to avoiding legal problems to being an employer of choice. Learn about the evolution of these concepts, where D&I fits into the employment cycle along with the challenges to being successful.
