As the newly promoted HR Manager, you've been asked to manage and guide an upcoming leadership team meeting. You recall the last time you were asked to observe one. It’s more important than ever for HR pros to learn and build the facilitation skills necessary for holding productive, engaging and results-oriented meetings.
This course is meant for all HR pros to learn key facilitation skills for stimulating discussions, minimizing disruptions, making decisions and documenting the experience.
