Christina A. Danforth, SHRM-SCP & SPHR, launched HR Jetpack in 2016 to support the development and professional growth of her fellow HR colleagues. She started her HR career in 2002. After obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration degree, Christina joined United Technologies Corporation. She moved across the United States with assignments in Labor Relations, Staffing and HR Management. Christina also served as an HR process leader in Performance Management, Change Management and Diversity and Inclusion.
Jama began her career in HR while working for a small consulting geological consulting firm in Utah. She earned a MS in Human Resource Economics from the University of Utah and parleyed that education into a solid career providing internal and external human resources consulting to the health care industry, credit unions, municipal governments, insurance, manufacturing, and public utility organizations in Utah, California, Idaho and Washington. Although her focus tended to be in Compensation and Benefits, she has a strong generalist background.
Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and MBA from Holy Family University. Kelly is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She has over 18 years of expertise in Human Resources and she is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Neshaminy School District in Langhorne, PA. Kelly has served on local SHRM boards and various committees including member engagement and diversity & inclusion.
Corrinne M. Greasley is the Senior Consultant at HR Mavericks LLC where she advises organizations in a wide range of human resource issues. Ms. Greasley is a seasoned human resource professional with a proven history of achievement in leading and directing the human resource strategy in the US, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Greasley has broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation and benefits analysis, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training and development.
Mark S. Fogel, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, is an educator working as a Senior Adjunct Professor of distinction at Adelphi University’s Business School. Mark leads HR classes for MBA and Undergrad students in Staffing, Selection, Compensation and Global disciplines. He has also presented over two dozen times at SHRM national, regional, and local conferences on a broad range of HR topics.
With nearly two decades in the Human Resources field, Hayley is a subject matter expert with a specialty in workplace planning and development, employee relations, organizational development, and talent acquisition. In addition, Hayley has partnered with C-Suite individuals who are in transition, and who have needed coaching and assistance relating to taking the next step in (or out) of their careers. Hayley's experience spans across a variety of industries in which she has provided both tactical support and strategic guidance.
Christine R. Gatti, M.Ed. brings over 25 years of experience in business, education, training, leadership and organizational development. Chris has provided learning and consulting services in the areas of: Leadership Development, Team Development and Trainer Development, and is known for her customer focus and results-oriented approach to working with clients.
Scott has spent nearly two decades in the human resources, learning and organization development professions. Scott has led multiple organizations and has taught hundreds of students on effectively creating and implementing business strategy, managing change, and designing effective learning solutions.
Anna designs and delivers learning and change facilitation experiences that speak to the learner and inspire people and organization reach for potential and create an impact with. She applies engaging, immersive, simulation- and game-based methodology and developments in neuroscience, psychology and concepts of motivation to learning design and change facilitation to maximize outcome and performance at both personal and organizational levels.
Dawn Tedesco has over twenty years’ experience in operations and human resources management in the hospitality industry. Dawn has designed, developed, and facilitated training for several large organizations and specializes in employee development, labor relations, and behavioral compliance. Dawn provides digital learning services to employee workforces and businesses.
Dr. Deborah Osgood, President & CEO of Osgood & Associates, is a specialist in the training and development of individuals and organizations seeking to drive talent development and quality of life outcomes. With a passion for driving innovation and entrepreneurship, she has successfully launched and sold multiple ventures including manufacturing, service, and nonprofit entities. In 1996, she launched the first-ever online resource center tailored to improving workforce and small business success rates across all 50 states and U.S. territories, known as BUZGate.
