Jennifer Fairweather

Jennifer Fairweather is currently the Director of Human Resources (CHRO) for Jefferson County, located in Golden Colorado. She is also an Affiliate Professor with Regis University where she facilitates undergraduate and graduate courses for the Anderson School of Business and Computing.

Sharell Thomas-Hodge

Sharell Thomas-Hodge is the Total Rewards Director for the YMCA of Metro Atlanta. She joined the company in 2020 and her responsibilities include compensation, executive compensation, benefits design & administration, and payroll. Prior to joining The Y, Sharell was the Director of Total Rewards at Dekra North America. During her tenure at Dekra she played a significant role in the acquisition of 7 companies and was a key architect in the creation of a total rewards program designed for the newly established safety company. She also worked for Strategic Benefits Consulting as a Senior Benefits Consultant, responsible for Executive and Global Compensation.

Christina Danforth

Christina A. Danforth, SHRM-SCP & SPHR, launched HR Jetpack in 2016 to support the development and professional growth of her fellow HR colleagues. She started her HR career in 2002. After obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration degree, Christina joined United Technologies Corporation. She moved across the United States with assignments in Labor Relations, Staffing and HR Management. Christina also served as an HR process leader in Performance Management, Change Management and Diversity and Inclusion.

Anna Samorukova

Anna designs and delivers learning and change facilitation experiences that speak to the learner and inspire people and organization reach for potential and create an impact with. She applies engaging, immersive, simulation- and game-based methodology and developments in neuroscience, psychology and concepts of motivation to learning design and change facilitation to maximize outcome and performance at both personal and organizational levels.

Jama Rand

Jama began her career in HR while working for a small consulting geological consulting firm in Utah. She earned a MS in Human Resource Economics from the University of Utah and parleyed that education into a solid career providing internal and external human resources consulting to the health care industry, credit unions, municipal governments, insurance, manufacturing, and public utility organizations in Utah, California, Idaho and Washington. Although her focus tended to be in Compensation and Benefits, she has a strong generalist background.
