Time and money, also referred to as efficiency and productivity, are two very critical components of the Organization. So how will you do this? Organizational Development is the answer. Organizational structures and processes influence employee behavior and motivation, therefore, with effective structures and processes in place, you can expect an effective workforce.
In this course (recording of a live session), you will learn how Organizational Development is defined, the objectives and value of Organizational Development, along with the process of Organizational Development.
