What happens after I sign up?
When you sign up you instantly have unlimited access to all self-paced courses, and the ability to register for any of the online community events in this program. We add new courses and events to this program on a regular basis. We'll notify you with anything new.
How much does it cost?
$999 per year. Having an all-in-one subscription is a much more cost-effective way to learn than signing up for several one-time events/courses.
After subscribing do I have to pay for each course individually?
No. The courses listed are included in the subscription. There is no extra cost to watch or attend live sessions included in the Foundational HR Program.
How does the subscription work?
Your credit card is charged when you first register and each year on the anniversary of when you first registered. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your credit card is charged. Cancel your subscription at any time to stop the yearly renewal.
What if I only want access for one year?
No problem! Enroll, then cancel the yearly renewal in your HR Jetpack account (or contact us). When you cancel you still have access until the one-year anniversary of when you first enrolled. The cancellation process is quick and easy.
Is SHRM Essentials included in the subscription, or does it cost extra?
The SHRM Essentials live sessions (15 hours in 10 sessions), class recordings, and the materials/tools are included at no additional cost.
Are the SHRM Essentials live sessions or self-paced videos?
Both! You receive access to live online sessions and recordings of each (posted 24 hrs after each session). You also receive access to the official online tools which includes additional videos, eLearning, podcasts, quizzes, and more.
How do I attend a live class?

What's the difference between Foundational HR and SHRM Essentials?
Foundational HR is all-in-one yearly subscription where you receive access to HR courses, online events, and SHRM Essentials. SHRM Essentials is a specific course that is included in the Foundational HR program.
