Title: Welcome to the Lemonade Stand Business
Module: Setting The Foundation
Let's first look at what the lemonade stand business does. What do we sell? Lemonade!
Who are our customers? Boys and girls, moms and dads, grandparents, pets (maybe), and anyone walking or driving by who is thirsty.
What do we need to sell our lemonade? We need lemons, cups, ice, sugar, water. We need supplies.
Who are our suppliers? Think grocery stores.
What are we in business of? Understanding what our product or service is, who our customers are, what we need to have in place to sell our product or service and who our suppliers are, is the foundation for developing business thinking and contributing to the organization's performance.
