Being a team leader in today’s work environment is challenging and has become even more so since many employees, including you, the HR Pro, are having to work virtually.
In this interactive, 1-hour, online HR Community event, participants will learn about, and discuss, the essential skills, processes and tools necessary for leading virtual teams as an HR Manager. Whether you have direct reports, are an HR Department-of-One or need to guide your fellow leaders, effective communication and collaboration are key to your success especially during tough times.
Join us to review the critical need for remote work, how to set the stage for virtual teams, and how to deal with the challenges. Attendees will explore the role of HR Pros and working remotely through the lens of the organization, the importance of training leaders and employees, and how to best apply these best practices to their own HR teams.
Note: the session has been approved for 1 SHRM recertification credit and 1 HRCI general recertification credit.
