In this section, I'll focus on the second major component to the performance management process, FEEDBACK! Let me clarify effective feedback.

Whether positive or negative, I'll review several different types of formal and informal feedback.

This will include a review of developmental feedback closely associated to coaching and mentoring. I'll talk about recognition as well as giving negative feedback. I go over the specifics on how to actually give feedback. It's also important to coach those who are receiving it. And finally, I'll review your role as the HR professional and summarize with a list of Dos and Don't.
