Let’s continue to review the employment cycle. Similar to the lessons on phase one, recruitment, I’ll define sample objectives and metrics for phases two, three and four, develop, perform and reward. I want you, as the HR professional, to recognize that diversity and inclusion is not separate from your organization’s day-to-day operations but imperative to it. I’ll also revisit unconscious bias and how it affects the employee’s experience and desire to stay. I end the section with best practices.
