Sharell Thomas is an accomplished speaker, coach, and consultant with over 20 years of HR leadership experience. As the Total Rewards Director at Tides, she drives the total rewards strategy for over 3500 employees across the U.S. with a focus on market competitiveness, internal equity, and employee experience. In addition to her corporate leadership, she is also the CEO of The Sharell Group, a coaching and consulting firm that transforms individuals into impactful leaders at every level. As a consultant, she specializes in helping organizations transition from contractor-based to employee-based models, designing compensation structures, enhancing employee relations, and integrating HR technology. Her hands-on approach ensures companies have the foundation needed for sustainable growth.

Sharell has been a featured speaker for SHRM, World at Work, Payscale and HRCI, among others, showcasing her deep expertise in HR Management.

A SHRM Certified Senior Professional with an MBA from DeVry University, Sharell serves on the boards of Friends of Refugees and Atlanta Mission, offering her HR expertise to these causes. A proud native of Nassau, Bahamas, she now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she enjoys reading, singing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
