Cyndi Dodge
Cyndi Dodge is a global human resources leader with over 15 years of senior HR experience across the oil & gas, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality industries. She is known for helping organizations navigate complex workforce challenges by blending strategic insight with practical execution—driving engagement, strengthening culture, and building high-performing teams.
She currently serves as Director of Human Resources for MDC Interior Solutions in Chicago. Previously, Cyndi held leadership and consulting roles in both the U.S. and the U.K., including supporting oil and gas operators in Aberdeen, Scotland and serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Solomon Colors, Inc. Her career began in the legal field, where she spent 15 years as a paralegal—an experience that continues to shape her strong foundation in compliance and employee relations.
Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Southern Illinois University and maintains multiple senior HR certifications, including SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, and Chartered MCIPD.
When she’s not talking all things HR, Cyndi enjoys traveling and is an award-winning knitter.
