Module: Controversy and Analytics
In this section, I addressed several controversial topics relating to analytics. I went over key points for why analytics should remain in HR or why it should be managed by Finance. I discussed the potential problem of discrimination and unethical practices resulting from data analysis. And lastly, I reviewed the importance of employee data privacy and our need to secure employee information. It's no doubt conversations and developments will continue in all three of these areas.
