Course:
Problem solving has become a major focus in many professions today, especially in Human Resources. Whether you’re collaborating with business leaders, managers, or individual contributors, the ability to confidently handle problems as they arise is crucial to your success. However, one of the greatest challenges in problem solving is accurately identifying the true cause of the issue. To effectively navigate and resolve problems, it is essential to have the right tools that enable you to get to the “root” of the matter and address critical organizational challenges.
In this pre-recorded session, you will gain insights on how to evaluate HR data indicators (such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and engagement scores) to inform strategic actions. Drawing on real-world scenarios like employee burnout, leadership gaps, and retention struggles, you will learn to analyze and assess organizational practices that impact people management. You will also learn about how to interpret business metrics and use both qualitative and quantitative tools, including brainstorming, affinity diagrams, the five whys, and cause-and-effect diagrams, to improve decision-making.
