Course:
Remote and hybrid working arrangements have resulted in a number of challenges for you and your workforce. Every generation has been impacted both in positive and negative ways by the significant shift of working in an office surrounded by their peers vs a home environment without co-worker in-person interactions. This has become especially evident for Generation Z. Research shows while previous generations are embracing and appreciating the opportunity to work remotely, Gen Z is having a more difficult time with this new norm. In fact, they have expressed a greater preference for working in the office.
In this previously recorded event we review and discuss the generational trends and challenges associated to remote work. In addition, we focus more specifically on Gen Z and their reactions to these significant changes. Finally, we review methods HR can implement to improve productivity and, most importantly, the mental health of Gen Z remote workers.Learn about what action you can take as an HR Pro to address the concerns and engagement of your youngest team members in the workplace.
