Instructional design is a proven discipline, practice, and process for creating the most effective training programs for specific groups of learners. With instructional design, learners receive instruction in a form that guides them to better understand the topics and concepts being taught and to meet specifically planned outcomes.
In this course you will learn the "why", and the benefits of instructional design. You will also learn the standard model for instructional design and what competencies are necessary to become successful as an Instructional Designer. The overall goal is to help you, the HR Pro, feel empowered to develop and implement more robust and engaging training programs.
