The experience your employees have as they join your organization and become a part its culture is key to workplace engagement and overall performance. This experience covers every aspect of the employment cycle from onboarding to meeting objectives to developing job skills and a career. It even includes daily team interactions and handling workplace technology. You, the HR Leader, can significantly impact this experience.
During this previously-recorded HR Community Event we revisit the employee experience in an effort to better understand how we can enhance it. We start by examining the purpose and implications of today's employee experience and what trends are currently associated to it. We also review how HR can work with their management teams to personalize and improve each employee's experience for growing organizational success.
