The way we work – in the broadest sense of the word – is changing rapidly: from the type of jobs we have to the places we work from, especially in light of COVID-19, and even the way we get paid (think cryptocurrencies). So, while the adoption of HR technology by organizations may be lagging, the need for HR innovation is clearly there.
Important HR Trends are driving the current need for innovation in the Human Resources landscape. Given our rapidly changing work world, the need for innovation requires newer, somewhat unique techniques. In this program we will examine a unique approach for successful innovation within the HR organization.
In this 1-hour course, we will explore the need for HR Pros to identify opportunities for innovation and will then apply this new approach to a few timely HR-related workplace scenarios.
