Once you subscribe, you’ll begin by completing an intake assessment to share your current role, experience, and career goals. You’ll then be matched with a dedicated coach for your first one-on-one session, where you'll map out a personalized development plan tailored to your needs. From there, you’ll dive into your first SHRM-based assessment and continue through the program at your own pace.

When you sign up you instantly have unlimited access to all self-paced courses, and the ability to register for any of the online community events. We're often adding new courses and events — we'll notify you with anything new.

Coaching sessions are one-on-one with experienced HR instructors. Each session is personalized based on your assessment results and professional goals.

You'll complete 134 questions during the SHRM Applied Skills & Knowledge Assessment (ASKA), plus an initial intake assessment to establish your starting point.

The HR Learning Platform builds SHRM-aligned skills and knowledge that can support your exam readiness, but a more appropriate program is our SHRM Certification Exam Prep Program. This program does not include the SHRM Learning System.
