You, the HR Pro, know how important it is to have strong organizational leaders. They are key contributors to employee engagement and morale. No one plan will meet the needs of every organization.
During this previously recorded HR community event we provide an overview of succession planning and what factors must be considered when developing a plan for your organization. In addition, we discuss what tools and resources to use while creating your plan. Finally, learn best practices on how to establish a succession plan.
Overall, you will walk away with a better understanding of what to consider when building and maintaining a succession plan.
