Problem solving has become a major aspect of many professions today, especially Human Resources! Having the ability and confidence to handle whatever problems come your way whether from fellow business leaders, managers or individually contributing employees, is essential to your success! You must be able to collect, compile, analyze and interpret job-relevant data and information in today’s workplace. Knowing problem-solving tools and techniques will give you the foundation necessary to support your HR and organizational initiatives.
In this interactive, one-hour, online HR Community event, we will explore the best practices used in business for data gathering, data analysis, and evidence-based problem-solving. Also, we’ll review widely used “best practice” problem-solving tools, and have an opportunity to apply some of them to practical HR-related workplace problems.
Note: the session has been approved for 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) and 1 HRCI business recertification credit.
