Course:

Neurodiversity is an increasingly important consideration for HR professionals as they work to create workplaces where employees can perform at their best. This self-paced course explores neurodiversity in the workplace, with a focus on dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. You’ll learn how these different thinking styles can affect communication, attention, organization, social interaction, and work performance, while also examining strengths such as creativity, problem-solving, pattern recognition, concentration, and big-picture thinking.
The course also provides practical strategies HR professionals and managers can use to better support neurodivergent employees without making assumptions or attempting to diagnose them. Topics include communication approaches, workplace distractions, sensory considerations, meeting practices, technology tools, workspaces, project management, and other forms of support. You’ll leave with ideas you can apply when coaching managers, addressing workplace challenges, and creating an environment that recognizes different ways of thinking and working.
