AI is changing the way HR professionals work, make decisions, and support their organizations. In this self-paced course, HR professionals will explore the ethical considerations that come with using AI in the workplace, including fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, risk, and the need to keep humans involved in decision making.
Through practical HR-focused examples, this course examines how AI tools may affect recruiting, employee relations, compliance, policy interpretation, data analysis, and organizational culture. Participants will also consider how to set guardrails, ask better questions, evaluate AI-generated results, and lead thoughtful conversations with senior leaders, IT, legal, and employees as AI becomes a larger part of the workplace.
